Reservation &amp; Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Deposit &amp; Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete a booking, a deposit equal to <strong>one third (1\/3) of the total reservation amount<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the property, unless otherwise agreed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to complete the payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free cancellation is available up to <strong>60 days prior to arrival<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellations made <strong>within 60 days of arrival<\/strong>, the deposit is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Check-in &amp; Check-out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check-in time: <strong>15:00 (3:00 PM)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-out time: <strong>11:00 (11:00 AM)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. House Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are kindly requested to respect the property and neighborhood at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Smoking:<\/strong> Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pets:<\/strong> Not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parties \/ Events:<\/strong> Parties or events are not allowed unless prior written approval is given by the property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guests:<\/strong> The number of guests must not exceed the confirmed reservation. Any change in the number of guests must be communicated and approved in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Guest Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Use of Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property must be used solely for accommodation purposes and in accordance with the confirmed booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or governmental restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
